Physiological Society of Nigeria (PSN)
The Physiological Society of Nigeria (PSN) welcomes physiologists and scientists interested in advancing physiological research and practice in Nigeria. Membership provides access to professional resources, networking opportunities, and participation in PSN events.
Membership at a Glance
Categories
Ordinary (Regular) Membership
- For scientists in Nigeria actively engaged in teaching or practicing physiological sciences (Physiology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, etc.).
Associate Membership:
- For physiological scientists residing outside Nigeria.
Honorary Membership:
- For distinguished scientists worldwide who have contributed to the advancement of physiological sciences in Nigeria.
Student Membership:
- For graduate students not yet engaged in university-level teaching.

Requirements
- Must be a physiologist or related scientist
- Active membership in good standing
- Meet annual dues requirement
- Students: enrolled in graduate-level programs
Renewal
Annual Dues:
- Regular Members: ₦10,000
- Certified Students: ₦5,000

Note: Members who have unpaid dues from previous years (backlog from 2017) must clear them to renew membership and receive a certificate and membership number.

- Check your eligibility for the desired membership category.
- Download the [Membership Guarantor Form].
- Submit the completed form along with required documentation (if applicable).
Important:
- Membership dues are valid through December 31 each year.
- To enjoy full benefits, dues must be received by January 31 of each year.
